SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
Prices offered on the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Such prices do not include shipping and handling, expedited service, or sales taxes, if applicable, which will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.

All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. We do our best to package and ship out your package SAME DAY. Normally, shipment(s) are scheduled to arrive Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm local time. Due to high volume of Shipping at this time, shipments will usually arrive 4-7 business days after the order has shipped for most destinations. Transit time may be longer to remote addresses.
REFUND POLICY
At this time we do not issue refunds unless your order is damaged. At which point, we will issue full replacements at no cost. We do ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods, so that we can relay that to our carrier files.
